Drink More H2O!
Did you know simply drinking more water can help you lose weight? Constant sipping throughout the day can rid your body of toxins while also curbing the munchies and increasing your energy levels (what bride-to-be doesn’t like the sound of that?). So skip the diet soda or coffee and fill up your water bottle!

Bring Portions Down to Size
Arguably the biggest culprit when it comes to weight loss, just say no to colossal servings! Start with small portions and take the time to savor your food; snarfing down your food quickly almost always leads to overeating. Many weight loss experts also suggest eating four to five small meals throughout the day instead of the conventional, larger three.

Eat Your Calories, Don’t Drink Them
