I'm nearly at a loss for words with this one. Cheap Chic Weddings is once again holding their annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress contest. Sponsored by Ripley's Believe it or Not and Charmin the contest is now entering it's 4th year. The guidelines:

Make a Wedding Dress of Charmin Toilet Paper, Tape and/or Glue ONLY. Submit 3 digital photos of your creation. Be sure to take one of the front view, one of the back and one from the side and send to contest@cheap-chic-weddings.com

And apparently there is an entire sub culture of TP wedding dresses on YouTube. Who knew!

Bride to be Courtney Cole won her honeymoon in a pretty unusual way. She arm wrestled for it.

“I was apprehensive about it,” she said. “My mother raised me to be a lady and the thought of arm wrestling for a bridal prize package didn’t seem right.”

The admittedly unusual contest determined top prize at the "Winner Takes the Cake Bridal Fair in Pauls Valley Oklahoma. Cole took home over $5000 in prizes including a week long honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. The Pauls Valley Daily Democrat quotes her...

“I really didn’t do anything to train for it,” she snickered. “I just stretched a bit before the contest.”
