According to WHAM TV in Rochester a New York woman had just that, a surprise wedding on Valentine's Day. What Linda McFarland thought was only going to be a lunch meeting turned out to be a wedding planned by her fiance and self proclaimed "Wacky Guy" Bruce Rosenbaum.
